OUR HISTORY

Christian Students at Cal Poly Pomona (also known as CPP Christian Students) is a registered student organization started in 1994. Our name is Christian Students because we want to include all student believers, regardless of denomination, background or upbringing, to feel welcome and pursue the Lord in their college years at Cal Poly Pomona.

Christian Students also has many sister clubs on other campuses in Southern California and all over the country.

OUR MISSION

IMG_4538.HEIC

Our mission is that students would:

grow in their love for the Lord Jesus (Eph. 3:15),

be equipped with the truth (2 Tim. 3:16-17),

share Him (2 Tim. 4:2),

and serve Him.

The way we carry out our mission can be described as:

  • To encourage members of this group to foster/develop their personal relationship with God.

  • To shepherd our members to gain both the objective knowledge and subjective experience of the truth in the Bible.

  • To endeavor to bring many others on this campus to a living knowledge of our Savior God.
